My name is Leo, and my path to construction wasn't traditional-it was engineered. After earning my diploma in 2021, I began my career in Biotech as a Food Safety & Quality Assurance Associate.
In 2023, I took that discipline to Thailand for a two-year international project. As a Project Manager and Engineer, I didn't just sit behind a desk; I developed, built, and launched an entire facility from the ground up. Being self-sufficient in a remote environment forced me to master everything from structural frame welding to low-voltage automation.
In that process, I realized something vital: I love the tangible act of building things more than the lab work of biotech.
I returned to Canada in February 2026 with a clear mission. I’ve decided to turn my passion for high-standard construction into a service that helps my neighbors in South Delta get their projects done right.
We’ve all been there- a renovation finishes, the big crew leaves, but you’re left with that "Final 5%." The baseboards aren't quite flush, caulking is missing, and the smart cameras are still in the box.
After years of managing high-stakes projects in the Biotech sector, I realized my community needed a specialist who actually enjoys the technical finish work that others overlook. I noticed a gap in South Delta for a service that was more professional than a "guy with a truck" but more agile than a construction firm.
Delta Fix & Finish was built to handle the "Technical To-Do List." Whether it’s restoring damaged baseboard or installing range hood, we treat the small stuff with the same importance as the big stuff.
In the world of home repair, there is a frustrating "no-man's land." Large contractors aren't interested in small-scale technical repairs, and traditional handymen often lack the specialized tools or insurance for high-precision installs.
I spent my career in the Biotech industry, where "close enough" wasn't an option. Operating under strict protocols and sterile standards taught me that the difference between a fix that lasts and a fix that fails is in the details- primer application or laser leveled installation.
I founded Delta Fix & Finish to bring that "Standard Operating Procedure" mindset to Ladner and Tsawwassen. We don’t just "patch" things; we apply a systematic, documented approach to every task. You get the technical accuracy of a lab environment with the friendly, transparent support of a local neighbor.
We don't waste your billable hours searching for a wrench or making unnecessary trips to the hardware store. By maintaining a meticulously organized inventory of professional-grade, specialized tools, we arrive prepared to handle the full scope of your technical "to-do" list the moment we pull into your driveway.
Whether we are calibrating a Reverse Osmosis system, patching a drywall or restoring damaged flooring, we bring the specific gear required to execute the task correctly the first time.
No hesitation, we can help you!
